Pick up from Home.  Provide full address including Eircode on checkout.

Booking 

All lessons should be fully paid for in advance.  Only a deposit is charged on checkout to allow a learner to budget and book lessons in advance,  you are expected to be committed to the lessons you have booked.

You can book your lesson in advance and use the QR code to pay the balance before each lesson.

Reschedule

If the unexpected happens and you need to reschedule, you must give at least 48 hours notice otherwise you will lose the deposit.  To reschedule or cancel you should whats app or text 087 2322444 and ensure you get a confirmation response.

If you do not show up for your lesson or cancel /reschedule within 48 hours you will be expected to pay the full price of the lesson you booked.

Cancellation

All online bookings have banking charges.  Therefore if you decide to book lessons or a car hire, and then decide to cancel for a full refund.  The charges of 0.25c and 2.5% will be deducted from your payment.

Test Car Hire 

Full payment required on checkout.  If RSA cancels the test on the day or within 48 hours, the fee is still payable, there are no refunds.  You are paying to hire a car, we are not liable if your test is cancelled. 

You may be able to use the RSA claim form to claim lost monies.
