Pick up from Home.  Provide full address including Eircode on checkout.

Booking 

All lessons should be fully paid for in advance.  Deposit is charged on checkout.  

You can book your lesson in advance and use the QR code to pay the balance before each lesson.

Reschedule

If the unexpected happens and you need to reschedule, you must give at least 48 hours notice otherwise you will lose the booking fee.  

To reschedule or cancel with 48 hours you should whats app or text 087 2322444 and ensure you get a confirmed response.

If you do not show up for your lesson or cancel /reschedule within 48 hours you may be expected to pay the full price of the lesson you booked.

Cancellation

All online bookings have banking charges.  Therefore if you decide to book lessons or a car hire, and then decide to cancel for a full refund charges may apply.

Test Car Hire 

Full payment required on checkout.  If RSA cancels the test on arrival the fee is still payable.  You may be able to use the RSA claim form to claim lost monies.  If the test is cancelled within 48 hours a partial refund may be available.
