Booking

All lessons should be fully paid before each lesson. Deposit is charged on checkout.

You can book your lesson in advance and use the QR code to pay the balance at least 48hrs before each lesson.

Reschedule

If the unexpected happens and you need to reschedule, you must give at least 48 hours notice. We have a strict 48-hour cancellation policy in place. If you fail to provide us with at least 48 hours notice of cancellation, unfortunately, the lesson will still need to be paid for.

To reschedule or cancel outside of 48hrs you should whats app or text 087 2322444 and ensure you get a confirmed response.

Cancellation

All online bookings have banking charges. Therefore if you decide to book lessons or a car hire, and then decide to cancel for a full refund charges may apply.

Test Car Hire

Full payment required on checkout. If RSA cancels the test on the day or within 48 hours there is no refund. (You can use the time to practice if you choose) Alternatively you may be able to use the RSA claim form to claim lost monies.
